Dave Trout Memorial Golf Tournament-- Celebrating Two Successful Years of Community Support
The Second Annual Dave Trout Memorial Golf Tournament was held Saturday, March 20, 2010 and what a great event it was! Arizona Blind & Deaf Children's Foundation is honored to have been a beneficiary of the Dave Trout Memorial Golf Tournament for the past two years
A long time supporter of the Foundation, Dave was co-founder of Coffin & Trout Fine Jewelers in Chandler. A true humanitarian, Dave reached out to many organizations, always finding ways to help those in need. Although he passed away unexpectedly on March 15, 2009, his family and friends have committed to continuing his legacy of caring.
The first two years of the Dave Trout Memorial Golf Tournament have been a tremendous success and a true testament to Dave's legacy. So far, the tournament has raised $17,721 in support of the Arizona Blind & Deaf Children's Foundation, as well as fellow beneficiaries, Best Buddies and iCan.
We are honored to be a beneficiary and friend of Dave Trout and his many caring friends throughout Arizona and beyond! Special thanks to Mr. Brad Gould of Clear Channel Radio for conceiving this event, and the wonderful staff at Coffin & Trout and all their great volunteers who made the day such a great success!
